At the heart of our winery, we are resolutely committed to integrating ecological practices into every aspect of our business. This commitment is reflected through a series of ingenious and sustainable mechanisms that we have put in place to preserve the environment and promote sustainable development.
For our guest rooms we have not opted for direct expansion air conditioning (gas) but for the chilled water solution. That is to say, throughout the building, water at 7 degrees circulates in summer and water at 45°C in winter.
Additionally, we have integrated a sophisticated rainwater harvesting system to meet our water needs. This innovative approach allows us to reduce our consumption of drinking water, preserve precious water resources and minimize our impact on natural water cycles.
In our vineyard, we have opted for organic cultivation, banning the use of synthetic chemicals in favor of methods that respect the ecosystem. By growing our grapes organically, we preserve biodiversity, promote soil health and produce authentic, pure wines, free from harmful residues.
