At the heart of our winery, we are resolutely committed to integrating ecological practices into every aspect of our business. Soon, we will install a wood boiler, an alternative to heat our facilities, thus reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Likewise, we plan to set up a rainwater harvesting system for the irrigation of our crops, thus contributing to the conservation of this vital resource.
In our vineyard, we have opted for organic cultivation, banning the use of synthetic chemicals in favor of methods that respect the ecosystem. By growing our grapes organically, we preserve biodiversity, promote soil health and produce authentic, pure wines, free from harmful residues.
