These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of rental services for g\u00eetes and guest rooms offered by Ch\u00e2teau Pascalette, located in La Londe-les-Maures.<\/p>\n

3.\u2060 \u2060Description of services:<\/p>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Pascalette offers 6 g\u00eetes and 5 guest rooms for rent located within a wine estate. The characteristics, equipment and prices of each g\u00eete and guest room are detailed on the website www.chateaupascallette.com<\/p>\n

4.\u2060 \u2060Reservation and payment:<\/p>\n

Reservations can be made via our website www.chateaupascallette@.com, by telephone or by e-mail. This is only taken into account subject to acceptance by the owner. Activation of the reservation is confirmed upon return of the rental contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit (35%) for the stay. At the time of occupation of the premises, after drawing up a contradictory inventory, the tenant must finalize payment of the sum corresponding to the total price of all services. Payments can be made by credit card, transfer & cash.<\/p>\n

5.\u2060 \u2060Cancellation conditions:<\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

More than 30 days before the arrival date: the owner retains 50% of the deposit amount.
Less than 30 days before the arrival date: the owner retains the entire amount of the deposit.
In case of no-show of the customer, the owner can dispose of his rental. No refunds will be made.
6.\u2060 \u2060Arrival and departure:<\/p>\n

Arrivals are from 5 p.m. Departures must be made before 10 a.m. In case of late arrival or early departure, please inform us in advance.<\/p>\n

7.\u2060 \u2060Use of the premises:<\/p>\n

The customer undertakes to respect the premises and return them in the condition in which they found them. Any damage or loss will be invoiced to the customer. The g\u00eetes and guest rooms are non-smoking. Pets are accepted in some of our accommodation, see the conditions in the g\u00eetes and rooms concerned.<\/p>\n

8.\u2060 \u2060Responsibility:<\/p>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Pascalette declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage of customers’ personal effects. The establishment cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or external nuisances.<\/p>\n

9.\u2060 \u2060Intellectual property:<\/p>\n

All elements of the site www.chateaupascallette.com and the brochures are the exclusive intellectual property of Ch\u00e2teau Pascalette. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

10.\u2060 \u2060Protection of personal data:<\/p>\n

The information collected during the reservation is subject to computer processing intended for customer management. In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him. To exercise this right, the customer can contact chateaupascallette@gmail.com<\/p>\n

11.\u2060 \u2060Applicable law and disputes:<\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
